Just wondering if and when you’ll be posting the ‘Federal Legislative Power’ portion of your constitutional notes.

Hi Sam,

Yes, I intend to post the scope and characterisation chapter when I have time. Unfortunately, knowing my present schedule, this is unlikely to be before the summer holidays. The major impediment to said posting is the fact that these notes are still on paper and in need of typing. There is, however, an enormous wealth of resources on this particular topic, each offering a varying depth of treatment.
