INTERNATIONAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW: CASES AND MATERIALS organizes contemporary foreign, as well as U.S., case law and literature to equip law students with the methodology they need to engage in international intellectual property practice, in both transactional and litigation settings.
