Well how about that?
This site is now ranked number one in searches for ‘contracts notes australia’, and comes in at a respectable number 12 for ‘property law notes’. Such positions, however ephemeral, are certainly encouraging, as are the many emails of thanks I receive. An unfortunate concomitant of this popularity is that my visitors are chewing through bandwidth at a surprising rate — over 1.4GB so far this month, and it’s not even exam time. (Donations are, of course, welcomed.) In any case, at least there is now one less google whack in existence.
