Legal Ethics Notes

These notes were prepared for the University of Melbourne subject 730-410 Dispute Resolution & Legal Ethics. Here I examine the values and processes of professional regulation, including fiduciary obligations, misconduct and the new provisions of the Legal Practice Act 2005 (Vic). Several theoretical approaches are also canvassed and critiqued.
