Quartet for the End of Time

Some friends and I attended a performance of Messiaen’s Quartet for the End of Time, which was extremely good. This was the first time I had heard it performed live: a completely different listening experience, though very demanding of the listener. Afterwards, we ate dinner at a trendy (read: overpriced) South Melbourne café.
